Message from the Director

On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff of Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA), I welcome you to the unveiling of our redesigned web site! We are very pleased to provide you with this vehicle to make communicating with us, sharing our resources and making the delivery of services convenient and accessible to everyone in a timely manner. 

I encourage you to send us your news articles, activity announcements and any other information you wish to share with the community. In addition, you now have access to on-line grant application, final reports, our artist registry and other technical information. The site will also provide opportunities in the arts, links with national, regional, state and local arts agencies and other arts organizations. 

We look forward to continuing to work with you. It is our mission to serve as a catalyst in developing artistic and cultural opportunities for our community, to creating partnerships and to forging collaborations to better utilize the rich artistic and cultural resources of the Territory.
