Salary support.
Fees/Stipends for contractual personnel.
Facilities costs. (Rent and Utilities)
Costs associated with health and safety supplies for staff/visitors/audiences.
Costs associated with marketing and promotion.

Organization Eligibility

  • Must be an Established Arts Organization.
  • Must be in existence and active in the V.I. for a minimum of two years at time of application.
  • Must have an active DUNS number registered on SAM.gov.
  • Must have current, non-profit status registered in the office of the Lt. Governor.
  • Organization’s W-9.
  • Must have a Tax Exemption Identification number.
  • Must have submitted Final Report if previously funded by VICA.

Allowable administrative costs are limited to any or all of the following:

  • Salary support, full or partial, for one or more staff positions.
  • Fees/stipends for contractual personnel to support the services they provide for specific activities. Jobs or positions supported through ARP may be existing or new.
  • Facilities costs such as rent and utilities, e.g., electric, phone, gas bills. Not to include upgrades to HVAC/ventilation systems. Note: Costs related to home offices are unallowable.
  • Costs associated with health and safety supplies for staff and/or visitors/audiences (e.g., personal protective equipment, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, etc.).
